One 22″ x 25″ piece of 1/2″ thick exterior grade plywood

HARDWARE:
Screws ? Four #8 (or #10) x 1-1/2″ long flat head
? ? ? Eleven #8 (or #10) x 3/4″ long flat head
Eye Hook ? One about 1/2″ to 3/4″ size
Fixture Chain ? small link for hanging

TOOLS:
Hand held sabre saw or scroll saw with smooth cutting non-chipping blade
Drill and 3/16″ and 3/32″ drill bits
Wood Clamps

SUPPLIES:
Transfer Paper (#CARB)
Pencil and clear tape
Sand paper ? medium and fine grits
Wood filler ? non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint brush ? 3/4″ and 1″ wide and a fine tipped detail brush
Wood glue ? exterior

PAINT:
White water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
